The Recon Tour was started by Hookit and Monster Energy as an intelligence gathering mission to find the best up and coming athletes in the nation.
For 2013, Mike Spinner will host a nationwide 10 stop series that hits the best parks in the east and west. In a new Play Open division, overall winner from each round will receive an all expense paid trip to Mike Spinner's personal park at his house to compete in the Recon Finals for a shot to be invited to the Pro Play event.
